Oak solid hardwood floor PREPARK COMFORT PARALLEL Bauwerk Prepark is a ready-to-use lacquered pre-finished parquet made from solid wood.
The handy laying elements of 480 x 117 x 8 mm are made up of 20 blocks of 117 x 24 x 8 mm and are full-area bonded to the prepared subfloor.
The blocks are held together by aluminium wires pressed in all around. Through its total structure of 8 mm, Prepark offers the right solution for new buildings, conversions and renovations.
Laying is extremely simple, and no dust or smell arises from this. The fully laid floor can be walked on within a few hours. A variant is Prepark KOMFORT with laminated 2 mm cork insulation for increased walking comfort and footfall insulation.
